We understand that you may be feeling unsettled by the increasing spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we wanted to provide you with clear information how this will affect your holiday with the Caravan Project.
Haven’s decision today to close all its parks until 16th April 2020 means that all holidays prior to that date have been cancelled and we have contacted the customers affected to either rearrange new dates or offer full refunds.
Your health and safety is our number one priority and we will continue to monitor the latest Government advice before making a decision on when we will reopen our Caravans in 2020.
Following advice from the UK Government the Knightswood Community Centre is closed to members of the public until further notice.
How can i get in touch with the Caravan Project while the office is closed?
Our staff are working from home but have full access to e-mail and all calls to our office line have been transferred to our staff mobile phones.

Can I cancel or reschedule my holiday?
Yes, we are happy to either offer a full refund or to reschedule your holiday for later this year. Just get in touch either by phone or e-mail and our staff will be happy to help.
